Monday - We picked one of our decorative rocks along the school and painted it. In the hope that years from now, they can come back and try to find their rock!
Tuesday - I wanted to paint with dandelions, but God had other plans, and they all bloomed out so, everyone could make wishes! Instead, we did a fun project where we rolled dice, counted, and then colored the right number.
Wednesday- Show-and-share is to bring something in that reminds you of your favorite summer activity.
Thursday - We are eating dirt and worms!!! By making dirt cake out of pudding, Oreo
cookies, and gummy worms!
Friday - We are heading to the park!
May God bless you with a fantastic and safe summer! Thank you for the great school year!

KINDERGARTEN: Mrs. Eckstrand
This week we are reviewing all of our Bible lessons. We will work with our Superkids and Math till Wednesday. We will make sure our binders are all set for parents to dive into and notice how their numbers and letters began and progressed throughout the year. We are cleaning out our desks and classrooms. Please clean out bookbags daily this week, otherwise they will be way too heavy come Thursday. They will finish their rock art for art, and we are getting our Theme song and Graduation hymn ready to go for Thursday night. HATS are ready... are the parents?
Thank you for a successful school year! What a privilege! 😊
1-2nd: Mrs. Markgraf
Happy last day of school! This year has been full of so many blessings from the Lord. I am so proud to see the growth the students have made over this school year. This week we are wrapping up all of our classes. Students each did their final reading fluency assessment with me and are working on a memory book. We have finished our math books, which feels like a huge accomplishment. Our final two Bible stories of the year are God’s People Return Home and Job. Our Memory Treasure is Romans 8:28a, We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God.
May God bless and keep you over the summer!
3-5th: Mrs. Horn
Happy Wednesday Parents, Students, and Families!
Welcome to the last week of the school year!
This week, in Christ Light, we finished our lessons this year with the story of Job. We discussed that God is always with us during the good times and bad times.
In Math, we have finished up some final lessons on money for 3rd grade, lines and shapes for 4th grade, and ratios for 5th grade.
Finally, we are busy doing some fun projects and cleaning up our classroom this week. Thank you for a great year! God's blessings!
THANK YOU/FAREWELL
Dear IGLS family,
I want to thank you for welcoming me into your school family this year. It’s has been a true joy to serve here as the grades 3-5 teacher. Thank you for all the support, encouragement, and prayers. It means so much to me. As my husband and I welcome our baby boy and also move to Wisconsin this summer, I pray that God continues to bless Immanuel Grace in so many ways. He has done that this year and I know he will continue to do so in the future. God is good. May God be with you until we meet again!
In Christ, Mrs. Hope Horn
6-8th: Mr. Holz
Hello Parents, Family and Friends,
This week is the last week already. We will be working on wrapping up a few last-minute things and enjoying the nice weather. I want to thank you all for your support of your students throughout the year. Having support from home is such an important part of a good year. I wish all of you a safe, relaxing, and fun summer break. God’s blessings to you all!
